Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of your order without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to us are at your own expense.

Please note: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to us with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging.

Return exceptions

The following items may not be returned:

1. that have been created by the entrepreneur (seller) in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
2. that are clearly personal in nature;
3. which by their nature cannot be returned;
4. that can spoil or age quickly;
5. assembled furniture;
