Shipping

Our deliveries are handled by all well-known delivery services. We strive to ship your products within 48 hours of receiving your payment (*on business days). However, it may happen that a product is not in stock. In such cases, you will be informed in a timely manner, and we will deliver the product within a maximum of 10 business days after your payment has been received.

Orders over 100 euros are shipped for free; this only applies to orders within the Netherlands.

Returns

• Ordered items can be returned to us within 14 days. Download the form here to report a return shipment.
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return.
• If the recipient refuses to accept the shipment or is negligent in providing information or instructions necessary for delivery, the recipient is liable for all shipping costs incurred (both for the insured return shipment and the sent order).
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will proceed with the refund within 8 days.

Rules for Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. If you wish to return a package, do so carefully and send it back to Megacenter Warenhuis with the corresponding invoice. You are responsible for the package until it has arrived at our location. It is the sender's responsibility to pay the shipping costs and ensure that the product is not damaged during transport. If the products do not arrive properly, we may charge any costs before proceeding with the refund of the due amount. Any amount due will be paid to the entitled party as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the product.
